You can't change the shipping paid but you can do a partial refund if you choose (personally, depending on the item/how much packaging time is involved, $1.50 handling isn't unreasonable).

Open the transaction page in Paypal and there's a blue link at the bottom for issuing a refund. When you click it the page that loads will have th full amount of the transaction in the refund box by default so be sure to change that and only refund the amount you intend.

can you change the price of the shipping and handling after rthe customer has paid in paypal? I don't see how to do this and I charge $1.50 extra for packaging, bubble wrap, etc.

You'll have to check with your local PO, but if they don't deliver I'm guessing they are less likely to pick up. They might pick up if you have at least one Priority Mail package and can schedule a pick up (as opposed to just picking up when daily mail is delivered), but I don't know if that is available to you either. Even if they don't pick up, you can drop mail with postage paid online in any mailbox rather than going to the PO during business hours.

I am set up to start printing labels from home. Now... I live in a very small town and we do not get our mail at our homes, we all have a PO Box downtown. Will the USPS still do a pick-up from my home?

Usually that is a setting in your web browser's preferences. There should be someplace to uncheck a box for printing the webpage address on items, where that option is depends on which browser you use.

Great website.
I hope you can help me with this one - I am using the multiorder shipping in Paypal. I am also using peel and stick labels with 2 on a page. When I print one label I get html across the bottom of the page which ruins the second label. Any ideas?

Yes--only 19 cents. The only difference is that some packages with electroinic Delivery Confirmation won't get scanned until they arrive at their destination, but it is "delivery confirmation" and not "tracking", so it is as its name implies.

Hello!
Thanks for this wonderful guide, I was able to easily follow it step by step! I want to start using Paypal to ship and have one quick question...usually at the post office delivery confirmation costs $.80, but if I do it through paypal it is only $.19?
Thank you!

Go To,
Thank you so much, I knew it was something simple (which can seemingly be the hardest, sometimes). Forgive the delay in my gratitude. I didn't save this link and couldn't find it again until today, when I finally got down off my high horse and asked my teenage daughter how to find it. She showed me in less than 30 seconds. (sigh)

When you are on the account overview page click the main part of the "Print Shipping Label" button, not the right end which is just a drop down menu.

Multi-order Shipping: On the right side of the main account page there is a link under “My account tools” to “Multi-order Shipping”.
